Our Mission

U.S. Logistics’ primary mission is to provide experienced personnel, whenever and wherever needed, in response to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) task orders created by the evolving customer requirements including those requirements of
U.S. Army Tactical Vehicle Systems. This mission is ongoing and is fulfilled in a
highly satisfactory manner.

Our mission also includes corrosion abatement services for vehicles manufactured and fielded with Chemical Agent Retardation Coating (CARC) paint. These abatement services include surface preparation, repair of corrosion damage, and application of corrosion prevention coatings. This secondary mission has led U.S. Logistics to add a National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) certified inspector to our staff.

This in turn led us from vehicle corrosion abatement operations to structural corrosion abatement and aircraft corrosion prevention and wash services. Our current mission has evolved to providing experienced technical personnel for both CONUS and world-wide customers.

Background

U.S. Logistics began to provide world wide repair and recapitalization services for U.S. military vehicles in 2001 as a subcontractor to Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle Systems (TVSLP). This relationship continues through today. We provide recruitment, screening, and placement of major program maintenance/service personnel that includes shop supervisors, inspectors, mechanics, drivers, administrative specialists and supply support specialists. Each U.S. Logistics work force performs vehicle retrofit tasks to processes and procedures provided by TVSLP and approved by U.S. Army Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) personnel.

Today, U.S. Logistics provides manufacturing support for several Original Equipment Manufacturers:
